Steve Matteo Photography

The answer was a big yes when Tejash proposed to girlfriend Kaya in a downtown park. The future groom hired me to photograph his well planned surprise engagement on a recent Friday afternoon. A three piece band played Kaya's favorite song as the couple approached our designated spot. I was standing behind a tree to capture her expression and had a remote camera up on a hill to get another perspective of the moment.
Later, we returned to meet with family and friends to share the good news, then out for some engagement portraits. I'm usually working as a wedding photographer in Chicago but this will be a destination wedding.
